A Heart for Missions

“Growing up in the midst of adversity, there were many instances when my family had lost all hope. We worked in fields all day for no pay, we were hungry, and we were separated from our loved ones. There were many moments when I wanted to give up. However, my father’s faith in God was never shaken. Even after we lost family members to starvation and sickness, he did not lose hope. He told me to keep believing in Jesus and He would lead me to a better life. It was only when I had truly lost everything that I was able to fully trust in God. He led me to America where I found opportunity, selfless love, and grace. This is why I have such a passion for missions. If even one person can benefit from hearing the gospel like I did, then my job is to share it with as many people as I can.”
